Orders will process within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of being received.

We ship via USPS or UPS from Kansas City.

Refund & Exchange

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Ahdeau customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

  • All returns must be in their original condition, and we can’t accept items that are damaged, scratched, soiled, or show signs of excessive wear.

  • If needed, you may return an unused item within 15 days of shipment. Please email

  • We cannot accept any returns that have not been authorized by our team. 

  • If the return is a result of an error on our end, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label once a team member has responded to your inquiry. 

  • Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your discretion and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

  • Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days.


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
